To be honest when the company first set us up with you I felt we didn’t really need any help as we have moved a lot of times before and I had already had a bit of a look on the web for houses etc and put some feelers out for home and contacts etc. But of course it was actually GREAT and really coming to sort out the house turned out in the end to be a nice little Holiday for me as you had done all the work!
Pre-viewing, having set the appointments up, driving me round, giving advice (especially the inside knowledge on the rents etc.) and then doing the negotiations. Fantastic. One of the best things you did was actually to nag me in the nicest possible way to give you some feedback and rank the properties you had pre-viewed. I was really busy at home sorting out extricating myself from the UK and I needed nagging that this was important! Also when we had discounted this house as too expensive and you made me come and see it anyway!
I think the nicest thing was the way you took a personal interest in us and went the extra mile to help. If you and Jo do that with all your clients you will end up with a lot of friends!
